Clay is the original owner and founder of The Cambridge Insurance Agency. Clay has also owned and run American Mortgage Services (previously Affordable Home Mortgage) since 1997. Clay was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA, and relocated to Florida in the early 90’s. Clay graduated from University of South Florida in 1993 and is still an avid Bulls fan! Clay is an active member of Tampa Bay society and is the friendliest person you will ever meet!
Shannon brings over 15 years of experience in the industry and was one of the original founders of The Cambridge Insurance Agency. She holds a degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, and currently lives in the Tampa area with her two children.
Kyle has been helping people meet their insurance needs for over 8 years. Born in Sydney, Australia, his life journey has landed him in beautiful Tampa Florida where he graduated from University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s in Marketing with honors. He is happily married to a wonderful wife and enjoying all the Tampa Bay area has to offer
Born and raised in Naples, FL. Nick has over 3 years of combined experience in Mortgages and Insurance. Nick made his way to Tampa in the beginning of 2023 and is loving his new home, where he spends his time watching sports and hanging out with his dogs. As a Florida State University graduate, Nick has been a Florida boy his entire life and is dedicated to making everyone in the state happy with their insurance.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Tara has been enjoying the Florida sun since June 2021. She has been working in Customer Service for 8 years and is excited to learn more about the insurance industry. Tara enjoys traveling and playing with her four family dogs!

Austin has over 20 years of helping clients with their wealth management and insurance needs. He was born and raised in Lafayette, LA where he lives with his wife and two children. On the weekends he enjoys the outdoors and golf and loves to cook. He holds a bachelors degree from Syracuse University with a concentration in finance.
Arlene brings over 4 years of experience in both the Insurance and Financial Industry. She graduated from the Sykes college of Business in the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s in management. Her educational foundation, coupled with hands-on experience has equipped her to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence; facilitating educational initiatives, and identifying optimal solutions that cater to customer’s evolving needs and assuring customer satisfaction. Arlene has traveled all around Europe, speaks four languages, and truly loves plants.
