Clay is the original owner and founder of The Cambridge Insurance Agency. Clay has also owned and run American Mortgage Services (previously Affordable Home Mortgage) since 1997. Clay was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA, and relocated to Florida in the early 90’s. Clay graduated from University of South Florida in 1993 and is still an avid Bulls fan! Clay is an active member of Tampa Bay society and is the friendliest person you will ever meet!
Shannon brings over 15 years of experience in the industry and was one of the original founders of The Cambridge Insurance Agency. She holds a degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, and currently lives in the Tampa area with her two children.
Born and raised in Naples, FL. Nick has over 3 years of combined experience in Mortgages and Insurance. Nick made his way to Tampa in the beginning of 2023 and is loving his new home, where he spends his time watching sports and hanging out with his dogs. As a Florida State University graduate, Nick has been a Florida boy his entire life and is dedicated to making everyone in the state happy with their insurance.
Arlene brings over 4 years of experience in both the Insurance and Financial Industry. She graduated from the Sykes college of Business in the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s in management. Her educational foundation, coupled with hands-on experience has equipped her to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence; facilitating educational initiatives, and identifying optimal solutions that cater to customer’s evolving needs and assuring customer satisfaction. Arlene has traveled all around Europe, speaks four languages, and truly loves plants.
Amy is Florida-born and raised and has been servicing insurance for about 13 years. She is married to her childhood love, with 2 children and 1 grandchild. She loves spending time with her family and friends, enjoys cooking, finds joy in organizing, and likes to read in her downtime.
Diane’s hometown is Springfield, Missouri, and has made Tampa her home since 2015. She is a graduate of Drury University and has over 25 years of insurance experience helping clients find the best policy for their unique needs. Diane has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She and her husband like to travel, ride bikes, attend concerts, and are avid baseball fans. Even though her heart is with the St. Louis Cardinals, she has found room for the Tampa Bay Rays! Go Rays!
Marc is a Financial Representative and Mortgage Loan Originator with 15 years of experience in life insurance, long-term care, and retirement planning. After relocating from New York to Sarasota in 2024, he continues helping clients protect what matters most. Married with two teenage boys and a Labradoodle, Marc enjoys staying active and following sports like baseball, basketball, football, and lacrosse.
